Anxiety ResourcesEveryone experiences anxiety now and then. Have you ever experienced anxiety so intense that you feel like you are losing your mind? Byron Katie, author of Loving What Is, says that a thought is harmless unless we believe it. It's not our thoughts but our attachment to our thoughts that causes us to suffer. Attaching to a thought means believing that it's true, without finding out if it is or not.
YOU are the story teller of YOUR WORLD. You can tell yourself true and happy stories, or you can tell yourself stories that are not based on what is true, which is what causes suffering. Here are some worksheets you can use to help you control your anxiety. Check out the website: www.thework.com.
Body Image and Eating DisordersDo you struggle to accept yourself as you are? Check out this resource from Byron Katie called "Judge Your Body". Maybe it's your thinking about your body that needs to change and NOT your body.
